Born in Busan in 1966, Lee Ji-houn studied molecular biology (BS) and philosophy (BA and MA) at Pusan National University and philosophy (Ph D) at the Université de Paris 1 Sorbonne-Panthéon. “Image, mesure et communication,” his doctoral dissertation, received the highest evaluation. He has penned From Laozi to Derrida(co-authorship) and The 21st Century of Philosophy(co-authorship), and currently teaches philosophy and cultural theory at the Korea Maritime University.
