This is a sort of an introductory book to understand the history of the earth and its creatures, written by Lee Ji-you, who is a science non-fiction writer. From the moment when the earth and the solar system were created 46 billion years ago to today, this children’s book contains everything about the earth. It presents the hidden history of the earth and its creatures in a various way by introducing several science fields like astronomy, geology, biology, etc.

The author graduated from the Seoul National University, majoring in Earth Science Education as a bachelor, and obtained the master’s degree in Astronomy at the same school. She is famous for her academic but interesting writing style. Based on the deep and enormous scientific knowledge, her witty style and imagination makes children accept the science more easily and interestingly.
